• Across three years of working in retail operations and customer assistance, responsibilities included managing daily tasks effectively and attending to the requirements of clients promptly

• Passion for engaging with customers and motivating them to join the Nike Membership platform
• Digital literacy involves a proactive mindset for continuous learning and swift adaptation to keep up with technology's changing needs
• Being open to working different shifts, whether it be in the morning, evening, weekends, or holidays, depending on the demands of the company
• Applicants need to demonstrate the physical ability to rotate, bend, stoop, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods, with or without the needed support.
• Skill in conveying ideas fluently in the English tongue
• Applicants are required to have completed high school or obtained a GED, with further education being a desirable qualification to have
