Job Summary:
NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of an end-to-end product and platform vision for Nike Customer Service. This role will work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Business, and Global Technology teams to build innovative, scalable, and customer-centric products and platforms. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except in specific states listed below.
Roles and Duties:
- Lead creation of product/platform vision and multi-year roadmap for Nike Customer Service.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business teams, and stakeholders to align roadmaps with business needs and outcomes.
- Drive excellence in product and platform strategy, execution, and roadmap adjustments as needed.
- Integrate dependencies across functional areas and address them with other Product Managers.
- Apply a customer-centric approach in designing roadmaps and products.
- Incorporate market and industry insights into platform and product strategies.
- Utilize value frameworks to guide decision-making and track value delivery.
- Manage product management processes, including adherence to standards and collaboration models.
- Connect with external vendors and finalize vendor selections for Telephony and IVA functionality.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Two (2) years of experience in a product-related role.
- Experience leading consumer service products and services (contact centers, telephony platforms, APIs, data pipelines).
- Experience working with third-party solution providers and developing business cases using data insights.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, metrics tracking, requirements gathering, and end-to-end testing (UAT, acceptance criteria).
- Technical skills in Amazon S3, Lambda, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Salesforce, Rally, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Postman.
