Qualifications:

• The job posting requires a background of three years' worth of experience in retail and/or consumer service
• 365 days of honing leadership qualities
• Manifested adeptness in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams that achieve outstanding results
• A true passion for inspiring customers to become part of the Nike family through active engagement
• Digital literacy is not just a skill set, but a mindset. It involves being curious, adaptable, and open to new ideas and approaches
• To meet the demands of the business, employees must be available to work a combination of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, adjusted according to the needs of the company
• The candidate should possess the physical capacity to perform tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and maintaining a standing position for extended periods with or without reasonable adaptations to fulfill the job requirements.
• Mastery in using the English language as a medium of communication
• While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, candidates with additional post-secondary education will have an edge over other applicants
