Senior Designer

Job Summary:

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer to join our team in Beaverton, OR. This role involves designing and developing innovative footwear products, from original concepts to manufacturable designs. The Senior Designer will lead the digital creation process, utilize advanced digital tools, collaborate across teams, and ensure the successful commercialization of products. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except for specified states.

Roles and Duties:

• Design and develop footwear products, including concept creation and material selection.
• Drive the digital design process from ideation to manufacturing.
• Create and present visual assets to communicate design intent clearly.
• Collaborate with 3D counterparts and product creation teams to establish consistent processes.
• Support seasonal creative launches and set project priorities.
• Work with the Development team to leverage digital assets for production.
• Provide technical expertise across multiple teams.
• Translate organizational objectives into actionable team strategies.
• Manage issue resolution and conflict across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Footwear Design, or Product Design.
• Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a design-related occupation.
